Social responsibility & HR policy

We see it of critical importance to care about health-safe working environment for our employees. Following this attitude we support our team by creating better working conditions - comparing with general ones provided in the State Code of Labour. Active and positive communication with employees enables an open dialog. To keep motivation and progress on the right level we promote employee trainings. In 2013, a training program for masters together with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts was developed.
