Design
Our engineers and designers utilise cutting-edge technology and software to create and test bike prototypes. We work closely with customers to develop premium quality, functional and stylish bicycles that meet their needs and vision.

Frame preparation
This involves thoroughly cleaning to ensure the surface is ready for painting.

Painting
Frames and other parts are painted in a modern automated electrostatic painting line using water-based paints which offer both top-notch quality and unrivalled flexibility as paints can be changed almost instantly. Water-based paints are also environmentally friendly.

Decal application
Once the paint has dried, logos, decals, and other design elements are applied using digital design templates.

Wheels assembly
In-house manufacturing using advanced machinery allows us to assemble the wheels to precise specifications. The wheels undergo lacing, truing, and tensioning to ensure a well balanced wheel.

Bike assembly
We run in total 5 assembly lines of which 1 is dedicated for e-bike assembly and 1 is dedicated for pedal bikes. This means we have flexibility on our three remaining lines to produce both e-bikes as well as pedal bikes.

Quality control
The bike undergoes rigorous quality control checks throughout the assembly. These checks, including alignment, bolt torque, and functionality, are conducted using advanced sensors and cameras, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Finished goods warehouse
Once the bike has passed the end of line QC it will be packed and sent to our finished goods warehouse for dispatch to the customer.

Delivery
Our top priority is to ensure a predictable delivery. We work with reliable forwarding partners to ensure timely and secure delivery to your place.
