Coordination of the current and new suppliers' contractual terms and enforcement control. Continuous analysis of the market, Warehouse stock control.

PROJECT COORDINATOR (ERP and DMS)
2100 EUR/ before taxes
ERP and DMS platform's implementation and improvement projects. Continues company's processes and user needs analysis, formulation of tasks and new solutions implementation.

PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT
1800 EUR / before taxes
Employee wages and other related benefits accounting ( 500 employees). Regular taxes and statistical reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, instant) for external institutions.

Empowering new employees with bike assembly training
Every new Baltik vairas production worker participates in a newcomer training programme. This programme involves training in a specialised classroom to become familiar with tools and equipment, learn basic bicycle assembly operations, strict quality standards, technical documentation, and safe and efficient working methods.
