BALTIK VAIRAS, UAB, company code 110599930, legal address: Pramonės g. 3, LT-78138 Šiauliai (hereinafter – the Company), aims to comply with all applicable laws and legislation related to personal data protection in the countries where the Company operates. We respect your privacy and process your personal data collected during your visit to the Company’s website www.baltikvairas.lt (hereinafter – the Website) in accordance with the principle of confidentiality and applicable personal data privacy requirements. We also comply with these requirements in other situations where the Company processes personal data for the purposes of its business.

In this Privacy Policy you will find all information related to the processing of your personal data as well as instructions on how to exercise your rights as a data subject.

We hope that when visiting the Company’s Website, you have got familiar with this Privacy Policy, and, by continuing browsing, you confirm that the collection, provision and/or other processing of your personal data on the Website constitutes your proper consent to the Company to process certain personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. Data of candidates for vacancies shall be processed for recruitment purposes. Curriculum vitae (CV) data shall be obtained from candidates or employee search portals. Data of candidates for vacancies shall be stored till the end of selection process or, subject to candidate’s consent, for one year after the end of selection for a vacancy for which you have contacted us.
