Social initiatives
Support for vairas Rugby Club activities
Our common path with vairas Rugby Club began in 1973, when the then bicycle and engine factory vairas founded its rugby team and named it vairas.
The pioneers and coaches of rugby in Šiauliai taught many people to love the sport. Thanks to them, the city is considered not only the capital of bicycles but also the rugby capital of Lithuania.
The active rugby club community initiates social projects supported by Baltik vairas - the company is the biggest sponsor of the vairas club today. We donate bicycles to the club's best players and contribute to the rugby club's social initiatives aimed at helping children from disadvantaged families.
We also support the activities of the "Tik Tu" day care home for seniors and the "Vasaros Namai" children's leisure and education home.
